ATLANTA, GEORGIA(SMI-GLOBAL-SPORTS-JUNE 14-JULY 13, 2025)-Joao Neves (2), Tomas Aviles & Achraf Hakimi combined for 4-goals in the first half as Global-ranked & 2025 UEFA Champions League winners, Paris Saint-Germain(France) overpower Inter-Miami(USA) 4-0, in the round of 16, of FIFA Club World Cup 2025 at Mercedes Benz-Stadium.

With win, the European Champions League eliminate Inter Miami from the tournament, and advance to quarterfinals to face Top-ranked German club Bayern Munich who defeated Flamengo (Brazil) 4-2, in the other knock-out game on Saturday July 05, at Mercedes Benz-Stadium. 

The Parisians outperformed The Vice City on the game-stats with 67% to 33% in possession, 19-8, shots on goal, 9-3, shots on target and 7-3, corner-kicks in the sensational 4-0, victory.  

Paris Saint-Germain went to the offensive from the start, and opened the game score very early when midfielder Vitinha (Portugal) sent a direct-kick 
inside the 6-yard box finding midfielder Joao Neves (Portugal) who scored with a header to the far goalpost to put Les Rouge-et-Bleu (The Red-and-Blues) 1-0, at 6' mark.

The Parisians kept the pressure with consecutive counter-attacks from both side of the field until Joao Neves scored his second goal of the game to increase the lead of
2-0, for Paris Saint-Germain at 39' mark.

Midfielder Fabian Ruiz stole the ball from Miami's midfielder Sergio Busquets and played it to forward Bradley Barcola back to Ruiz inside the 18' and who crossed it to Joao Neves and scored with a right-footed in back of the net for the 2-0.

With 1' left in regulation time of the first half, a counter-attack through the right-side field, striker Desire Doue centered a pass inside the 6-yard box intended to midfielder Fabian Ruiz but the ball deflected-off Miami's defender Tomas Aviles bod
into back of the net for (OG) for 3-0, Paris Saint-Germain over Inter-Miami at 44' mark.

In stoppage time and final play of the half, midfielder Vitinha sent a pass inside the 18' intended to Barcola who passed it to defender Achraf Hakimi who shot a right-footed hitting the crossbar back to Hakimi who scored in the rebound to closed-out the half and secure the win of 4-0, for Paris Saint-Germain over Inter-Miami F.C.

With the win, PSG advance to the quarterfinals to face Bayern Munich who defeated defeated Flamengo (Brazil) 4-2, in the other knock-out game on Saturday July 05, at Mercedes Benz-Stadium.
