EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ(SMI-GLOBAL-SPORTS-JUNE 14-JULY 13, 2025)-2025 UEFA Champions League winners " Paris Saint-Germain "(France) scored three-goals in the first half as PSG defeats "Real Madrid"(Spain) 4-0, in a much anticipated semifinal showdown between two-powerhouse clubs, & in front of 77,542 fans at MetLife Stadium.

It was a hot & steamy second semifinal match in two days where the two-winners Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea F.C. advance, and will meet each other in the finals next Sunday July 13, at 3:00pm at MetLife Stadium to determine the champion of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025.

PSG dominated the entire game and outperformed Real Madrid in the game-stats: Possession: 69%-31%, Shots on Goal: 17-11, & Shots on Target: 7-2.

The French team went to the offensive from the start with three consecutive counter-attacks resulting in 2-goals in the first ten minute of the game, stunning Real Madrid and the 77,542 fans who appeared to be the majority in attendance supporting "Los Blancos "(The Whites) at MetLife Stadium.

In the first counter-attack of the game through the right-side field for PSG, forward
Desire Doue passed the ball with a back-heal to Achraf Hakimi who immediately crossed a rolling pass inside the 18' finding Nuno Mendes who shot to goal but it deflected-off goalkeeper T. Courtois' need back onto the field for a sensational save.

Two-minute later, striker Doue through the right-side field corner crossed the ball from inside the 18' but it was intercepted by defender Raul Asencio who lost it to Dembele, and goalkeeper Courtois in an effort to parry the ball away brought-down Dembele, bouncing the ball to midfielder Fabian Ruiz who scored with left-footed in to put PSG in front 1-0, at 6' mark.

With Real Madrid in control of the ball , midfielder Jude Bellinger tried to give the ball to defender Antonio Rudiger in the back-line but could not clear it and striker
Dembele who was near the play took it inside the penalty box and scored with a rolling left-footed to the far goalpost to make it 2-0, for Paris Saint-Germain at 9' mark. 

The two goal deficit very early in the game seemed to shock Real Madrid offensive line and strikers Kylian Mbappe and Vinicious Junior were neutralized without finding any team synchronization to get back in the game.

Paris Saint Germain kept the pressure and 15' later, the third goal arrived through Fabian Ruiz, his second of the game to make it 3-0, at 24' mark.

Defender Achraf Hakimi received a pass from forward Dembele to far right-side corner who in a break-away passed it to Fabian Ruiz inside the penalty box and who scored with a left-footed that ended in back of the net for the 3-0, sending the crowd in wild celebration.

Real Madrid tried to make changes in the game tactics and strategy with substitutions in the second half but it did make any effect since it felt more lime the  3-0, deficit was too hight and difficult to overcome.

With the 3' minute left in the game, PSG in a final counter-attack through the right-side field, defender Hakimi on a breakaway crossed the ball inside the 18' to  forward Bradley Barcola and in control of the ball gave it to Goncarlo Ramos who scored with a right-footed to the upper-left goalpost and secure the 4-0, win for Paris Saint-Germain over Real Madrid.  

With the win, PSG advance to the final game against Chelsea F.C. to be played on Sunday July 13, 2025 @ 3:00pm @MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford NJ.
