NEW YORK, NY(SMI-GLOBAL-ENTERTAINMENT NOV. 07-19, 2025)-US producer & creator "Michael Schur" of the newest Netflix's drama-comedy series  "A Man on the Inside"  and cast attended the special premiere of the first 2-episode of season-2, and discussion afterward with lead cast Ted Danson, Lilah Richcreek, Mary Elizabeth Ellis & Mary Steenburgen to closed-out another sensational edition of the 2025 PaleyFest NY at Paley Museum in New York City.

Schur is known for receiving 21-Nominations for the Primetime Emmy Awards, winning 3-with SNL, The Office and Hacks, and his shows always having a diverse cast with a plot featuring "Good-hearted humanistic warmth" from characters that build solid friendships, and romantic lasting love.

"Man on the Inside" is a drama-comedy series where Charles Nieuwendy (Ted Danson), a retired and widower engineering university professor takes a job as an assistant private investigator for a private detective Julie Richcreek (Julie Kovalenko), in San Francisco, CA. Nieuwendy's job is to go undercover and solve cases like in a retired-community home in season-1, where he went undercover to find the thief who stole a jewelry. Charles, while navigating his surrounding and new environment find himself with a new purpose, not only solving the case in catching the thief but bonding with the senior members and discovering along the way the common illness of dementia and the life style that seniors encounter when they enter a retired community-home.  

The first 8-episode of season 1, premiered on November 21, 2024, receiving a critically acclaimed reviews with the upcoming season-2, adding a new cast including Ted Danson's wife Mary Steenburgen( Mona Margadoff) to premiere November 20, 2025 on Netflix streaming service globally.
