NEW YORK, NY (SMI-GLOBAL-ENTERTAINMENT NOV. 07-16, 2025)-The Crew & cast of the critically acclaimed Paramount+ drama-series " Landman" attended the special screening & discussion prior to its season-2, global premiere with creator Christian Wallace, lead cast and Academy award & Golden Globe winning actor " Billy Bob Thornton", and Demi Moore( Golden Globe winning actress)  at 2025 PaleyFest NY in New York City.

The "Landman " series was Co-created by Christian Wallace & Taylor Sheridan for Paramount+ with Academy-award & Golden Globe winning actor "Billy Bob Thornton" as lead cast as " Tommy Norris"  in the series, who plays Crisis Manager & Vice president of operations at M-Tex Oil company in West Texas Oil Industry.

The series narrates the modern-time of high-risk searching for fortune in the 7th most lucrative business in the world like the oil & gas rigs industry, and how crisis-executive Tommy Norris manages to find a middle ground between the oil-magnates and roughness (rigs workers) in the oil and gas producing region called Permian Basin in West Texas.

It also depicts some general knowledge of the inside-out of the business from leasing the land, and the danger in managing the crews, as well it navigates the the environmental concern, economic volatility and business greet agenda for riches in the industry.  

The first season 10-episode of " Landman" received positive reviews with most of the audience found it entertaining with the sensational leadership acting performance and witty jokes by Billy Bob Thornton, and educational in how the oil & gas rigs lucrative business works.

The much anticipated season-2, to premiere its first 2-episode Sunday Nov. 16, and subsequent episodes of the 10-episode season-2,  to be released every Sunday until January 16, 2026 on Paramount+.
